Role in a Nutshell

As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, document, and support high-performance systems and applications used by developers worldwide. Working in an agile engineering environment, you’ll plan and execute technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust solutions.

📍 Location: Remote-first, but candidates must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.

Desired Experience & Skills

• 0–1 years of software development experience (Freshers welcome)
• Proficiency in at least one language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, C/C++
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking concepts
• Hands-on ability to work on Windows and Linux platforms below the application layer (file systems, kernels, scripting, APIs, custom installations)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a solutions-driven mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• A startup mindset – willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
