We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineer Trainee to join our dynamic Application Engineering Team. The selected candidate will play a key role in customizing low voltage control panel orders while ensuring compliance with North American electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and support various application engineering activities.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers to gather and interpret project requirements and technical specifications.
• Assist in the design and customization of low voltage control panels, ensuring all designs meet customer needs and standards.
• Learn and implement North American standards related to wire bending, ampacity calculations, electrical component selection, and more.
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to panel board design.
• Develop accurate electrical schematics and customer drawings using AutoCAD or similar industry-standard tools.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and best practices in all tasks.
• Perform engineering calculations under the supervision of senior team members.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technological advancements in low voltage electrical systems.
• Execute engineered-to-order (ETO) panel orders by reviewing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Prepare manufacturing packages and bill of materials (BOM) using Oracle systems.
• Maintain proactive communication with business units and internal teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
