Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

🔍 Data Management & Analysis

  • Work with multi-dimensional databases (OLAP, NoSQL) to extract, clean, and process large-scale healthcare data.
  • Perform statistical analysis, data validation, and quality control to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop SQL queries and use big data tools (R, MATLAB, SAS) to analyze high-dimensional datasets.

📊 Predictive Modeling & Insights

  • Assist in designing predictive models using techniques like cluster analysis and association rules.
  • Identify correlations between variables to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement high-impact analytics initiatives.

🤝 Collaboration & Problem-Solving

  • Translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Work in a hybrid/remote environment, balancing multiple tasks efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experienced in data analytics, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, MATLAB, SAS, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance.

➕ Preferred Skills

  • Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
